What skills and experience we're looking for

The Role

We are seeking two outstanding individuals to join our team at Alton Park Junior School.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Promoting the aims and objectives of the school and maintain its philosophy of education and to support the Head Teacher in promoting the ethos of the School.
Setting high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge pupils
Promoting good progress and outcomes by pupils
Planning and teaching well-structured lessons
Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment

We're looking for you if you have:

Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
A thorough knowledge of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and how to use them effectively
Good knowledge of policies and commitment to safeguarding children
Commitment to the vision, aims and values of the Trust/School
Understand and comply with child protection procedures
