We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher who will:

  • Inspire and motivate children by creating a stimulating, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Demonstrate developing subject and pedagogical knowledge, with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning, and a commitment to continually refining practice through coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Be a reflective practitioner who is eager to learn, welcomes feedback, and is keen to develop their practice with the support of experienced colleagues and expert mentors.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues while managing classroom routines effectively.
  • Show a strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and opportunity for all, adapting teaching to meet the diverse needs of every learner.
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour, believing that every child can succeed and reach their full potential.
  • Be a genuine team player, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, carers, and staff.
  • Bring enthusiasm, initiative, resilience, and a positive sense of humour, approaching challenges with energy and optimism.
  • Be ambitious in their own professional development, with a passion for becoming an exceptional teacher.
