Wenlock CofE Academy is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Class Teacher (ECT) to join our committed team. Wenlock CofE Academy is a thriving primary school with up to 360 pupils, set in a welcoming and inclusive community. We are proud of our Christian ethos and our strong association with the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust. During our recent Ofsted inspection in February 2026, our school was recognised as a strong standard in Inclusion and Personal Development & Well Being. The report reflects the values that underpin our school community. As noted by inspectors, “Pupils love coming to this caring school,” and “Staff respond to pupils’ needs with great care and accuracy.” In addition, “Leaders have developed ways to ensure pupils experience a deep sense of belonging,” reinforcing our commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
