Early Childhood Educator job summary
St. George's VC Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring, and highly motivated Early Childhood Educator Grade 6 to join our team.
The Early Childhood Educator will deliver high-quality early years education and care within a school-based nursery setting. Working in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework. The successful candidate will ensure inclusive practice, safeguard children’s welfare, and contribute to the strategic development of the early years provision. You will support the children’s social, emotional and physical development, designing provision and experiences to enhance pupils learning and provide supervision and care of children at all times of the day.
Please note that this role may be based at either St George’s VC Academy in Scarborough or St Peter’s VC Academy in Bridlington. If you have a preferred location, please ensure this is clearly stated in the supporting statement of your application.
37 hours per week - Term time only plus 3 additional days - with the potential for all year round working in the future.
