For Early Careers Teachers this takes the form of a carefully designed mentoring programme. We are looking for an Early Years Apprentice to join our nursery team.

We are looking for an apprentice who is/has:-

  • Keen to learn and willing to commit to completing a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship qualification, with a view to pursuing the Level 3 course later, if appropriate
  • Someone with an ability to nurture our children to their potential
  • Some understanding and experience working with children in the EYFS
  • Highly motivated and has high expectations of all children
  • Passionate about delivering the curriculum in a creative way
  • A good team player
  • Willing to constantly strive to improve their practice in a supportive environment
  • Committed to building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
