Early Years Assistant job summary

As an Early Years Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality early childhood education within our Early Years classrooms. Working closely with qualified practitioners, you will assist in planning and implementing stimulating activities that promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Your enthusiasm and caring nature will help foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued and inspired to learn.
