At Co-op Academy New Islington, we are passionate about providing a nurturing and dynamic learning environment where every child is empowered to reach their full potential. We are looking to appoint a teacher who:
Is a qualified teacher with a track record of success in terms of behaviour management and academic achievement
Has a real understanding of excellent teaching practice
Loves their job, taking a pride in everything that they do
Works well in a team, enjoying learning and collaborating with others to promote excellence throughout the whole school as well as in their own classroom
Is motivated to do their very best
Has excellent organisational skills & enjoys a challenge
Uses their strengths to enhance the teaching and learning of children
Is able to maintain good relationships with parents and multi-agency networks
Has a good sense of humour and boundless energy
Is committed to ensuring that excellence, inclusion and challenge are at the heart of everything we do.
Is willing to play a full part in the life of the school
