Your role:

As our Early Years Class Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching that supports every child’s academic, social, and emotional development. You’ll follow the Early Years Curriculum and our Trust-wide pedagogy model to create engaging, inclusive lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. You’ll work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive.

We’re looking for someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a strong understanding of early years education, and a passion for helping children flourish. You’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils. Experience in planning, assessment, and inclusive teaching strategies is essential.
