What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a childcare qualification, at least 2 years’ experience and:
Childcare Qualification LEVEL 3 (or above) ESSENTIAL
- Passion, energy and commitment to high quality early years education
- The skills, knowledge and experience to support and extend the interests of 2 – 4 year olds
- The ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Build positive, respectful warm relationships with children and parents
- Work in partnership with parents to maximise children's well being and learning
- Provide excellent support to children to develop their communication skills
