Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) is a respected and growing multi-academy trust, dedicated to delivering outstanding education and lifelong learning opportunities across our family of schools.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. This is a special role for a special person, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our children and families.
As an Infant School Partnership, Early Years pedagogy sits at the very heart of everything we do. We know that the foundations laid in the earliest years of a child's education have the greatest impact, and we are looking for an exceptional leader who shares our passion for giving every child the very best start.
This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape EYFS provision across two school sites, working alongside dedicated staff to ensure outstanding practice, high expectations and a consistently nurturing learning experience for all children. The successful candidate will be an inspirational practitioner with a deep understanding of child development, a commitment to play-based learning and the ability to support and develop others to achieve excellence.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our vision, ensuring that our Early Years environments, curriculum and teaching practices reflect the very best in EYFS education. In return, you will join a collaborative and ambitious partnership where Early Years is valued, celebrated and recognised as the cornerstone of children's future success.
If you are an innovative and passionate EYFS leader who believes that every child deserves an exceptional beginning, we would love to hear from you.
Please see the job description for further details.
