What skills and experience we're looking for
Dauntseys Academy Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated Early Years Foundation Stage Leader & Class Teacher. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include planning and teaching well-structured EYFS lessons to assigned classes, following the school's plans curriculum, and schemes of work. You will have the opportunity to develop the physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills of the children while reinforcing the school ethos, e.g., expectations of behaviour within class and elsewhere on the school site. It is essential that you are able to share outstanding EYFS practice, knowledge and expertise throughout the school as appropriate. Arriving with good knowledge and understanding of learning needs such as ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, Attachment, Physical and Speech & Language needs would be desirable.
