What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a colleague to join our friendly and welcoming team of EYFS practitioners who has the ability to work across the EYFS.
At Maiden Beech Primary Academy, we aim to provide a rich and varied education for all of our students. We believe that ensuring students realise their full potential depends upon the continuous drive and passion for excellence displayed by our committed staff.
We are looking for an outstanding EYFS teacher.
You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and develop students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.
