Early Years General Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated Early Years team.

You will support young children’s development through nurturing interactions and high-quality play-based learning. The role involves creating a warm, safe and engaging environment where children feel secure and confident to explore and learn. You will help to establish consistent routines and clear expectations, while encouraging independence, curiosity and positive behaviour.

Working closely with the lead practitioner in Nursery, you will support teaching and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including working with individuals and small groups to promote progress across all areas of learning. Experience of supporting children with SEND is desirable.
