What skills and experience we're looking for

You will:

Have experience of working with children in an educational setting.
Have completed or be willing to complete NVQ level 2 in childcare learning and education orequivalent qualification.
Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective.
Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
Be an excellent communicator.
Understand that pupils may have additional learning needs and be willing to work and support these children especially
