  • Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS
  • Has leadership experience in an early years setting
  • Is caring, creative, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
  • Loves the outdoors and promotes nature-based learning
  • Confidently understands and implements the EYFS statutory framework
  • Sets high expectations for teaching, learning, and behaviour
  • Champions inclusion and is committed to raising standards for all
  • Understands safeguarding and is dedicated to children’s wellbeing
  • Communicates clearly with children, families, and colleagues
  • Is reflective, flexible, adaptable, and proactive in their practice
  • Upholds professional conduct and contributes positively to a strong team culture
