The Role

We are seeking an outstanding, inspirational, and dedicated Early Years (EYFS) Lead to join our thriving school. This position is available to start from January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner and leader to shape and develop our Reception provision, ensuring every child benefits from an ambitious, nurturing, and enriching start to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the learning, curriculum, and progress in Reception, providing clear feedback and support.

Use data and research-informed practice to improve pupil progress and outcomes, driving excellence and delivering the School's strategic vision.

Support curriculum development and assessment for learning, ensuring a broad, engaging, and memorable curriculum.

Uphold safeguarding, inclusion, and equality in all aspects of school life

Lead and support the induction, mentoring, and professional development of EYFS staff.

Build strong partnerships with parents, ensuring effective communication regarding pupil achievement, wellbeing, and development.
