We are a successful and happy school, looking for a dynamic EYFS Phase Leader to join our team. This is the role for an Early Years Lead who has a laser sharp focus on providing excellence for all pupils.

You will be the Early Years Leader: Phonics and Early Reading Lead while working alongside our Leadership team to deliver sustainably improved pupil outcomes as rapidly as possible.
This is a middle leader post within the school’s Leadership Group. The post holder will lead the Pre-School, Nursery and Reception year group within the school, and contribute to initiatives to improve/develop the school’s response to Government legislation and children’s services guidelines. The post holder is accountable to the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers.
