At Heartsease, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to Dream, Believe, Belong and Achieve. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming and nurturing Early Years team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting our youngest learners at the very start of their educational journey. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel happy, valued and confident to explore, learn and grow. Through your support, encouragement and positive relationships, you will help children develop their independence, curiosity and love of learning, ensuring that every child is given the best possible start.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young children, has a warm and patient approach, and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Whether supporting learning through play, encouraging communication and social development, or providing individual support where needed, you will make a meaningful difference to children's daily experiences and achievements.
