What skills and experience we're looking for
We need a Learning Support Assistant to work with our EYFS children.
Monday to Friday during term time
The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed NVQ Level 3 or above learning support assistant to join our vibrant and friendly village school.
We are looking for someone who:
- identifies with our school values
- holds an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- has experience of supporting SEN in an educational setting
- has good literacy and numeracy skills
- has experience of teaching pre planned phonics sessions
- is friendly and caring
- can support children’s individual needs
- has innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
- can maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners
