Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant job summary
Rose Hill Primary School is looking for a caring and dedicated teaching assistant with vision to join our Early Years team in September 2025. Are you a reliable and patient individual committed to helping to ensure high standards in education, both academically and pastorally? We are seeking an empathetic, creative and flexible individual to support pupils in our school, some of whom have special educational needs. We are looking for someone who is:

Able to work within a team
Able to manage pupil behaviour according to school policy.
The successful candidate will be required to provide support to children as a classroom assistant, as well as carry out planned interventions for individuals and groups of pupils. The candidate will have the ability to build positive and effective relationships with all pupils and staff, and work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to help meet the academic and pastoral needs of pupils. The hours of this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm.
