The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated NurseryPractitioners to join our vibrant team at Shawley Community Primary. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a setting that values creativity, play-based learning, and the holistic development of every child.
We have a variety of hours available to suit your circumstances, including both full-time and part-time positions. The Nursery operates between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, and your working pattern will fall within these times, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
The positions available areterm time onlywhich makes it an ideal role for parents as you will not work in the school holidays. If you are happy to work in the school holidays, there may be the opportunity to work at other sites when the Nursery at Shawley is closed.
What You Will Bring
- A recognised full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (ESSENTIAL).
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality Early Years education.
- The ability to build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to contribute to the wider Academy community.
- Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
