Early Years Practioner job summary
We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join our Nursery team.
The successful candidate will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where all pupils can thrive.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and committed to supporting young learners at the start of their educational journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of engaging Early Years activities
Assist in promoting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess and record children’s progress
Support children’s social, emotional and physical development
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Has experience working with young children (desirable)
Has knowledge of the EYFS framework
Is caring, patient and nurturing
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Is organised, proactive and flexible
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Limebrook Primary School and Nursery offers places for all nursery aged children (0-5) and for children starting primary school in Reception.
Offering 30 places in Reception and up to 56 places in the nursery - with extended hours and wrap-around care being on offer from the first day to support local, working parents who are looking for a convenient, quality-based childcare service to meet their needs.
