An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Practitioner (2 Year old room leader) at Copthorne Primary School.

We are looking for a passionate, nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (2-Year-Old Room Leader) to lead our thriving two-year-old provision and help our youngest learners flourish.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career or an existing Room Leader looking for a new challenge within a supportive and ambitious school community. You will lead the daily operation of the two-year-old room, inspiring colleagues through high-quality practice and ensuring that every child receives the best possible start to their educational journey.

The successful candidate will:
- Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the 2 year old room.
- Promote positive behaviour and social interaction, supporting children's emotional wellbeing
- Use and develop specialist curricular and learning skills and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage to support children’s learning and development, adjusting activities according to children’s responses and needs.
- Have experience working in a nursery or school-based early years setting
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years education (eg. NVQ or equivalent)
