Early Years Practitioner (30 - 34 hours per week, TTO) job summary
Are you an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner or are currently studying to be an Early Years Practitioner? We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team, offering the opportunity to work with our dedicated Pre-School team.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s unique needs. Planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for young children. Conducting observations and assessments to track children’s progress. Building professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers which will promote the development and effective delivery of the curriculum and maximise children’s achievement.
You will have or be working towards a relevant early childhood qualification or and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in order to ensure the best outcomes for our children.
