What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Be committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Be an enthusiastic, creative practitioner who can plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of all children.
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and support their emotional, social, physical and cognitive development.
• Work effectively as part of a team to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Inspire children to be confident, curious learners and help them reach their full potential.
• Have a good understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
