We are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our passionate and supportive team on a temporary, part-time basis working Mondays and Fridays. Hours of work, 8.30am – 3.30pm.

What Makes Cecil Gowing Special?

Our team of dedicated Teachers and Support Staff work closely together to ensure each childs journey is filled with growth, discovery and success. We are proud to follow a Continuous Provision approach that fosters independence, curiosity and a love of learning in our youngest learners.

At the heart of our school are our core values. We believe that education is not only about academic achievement, but also about resilience, kindness, creativity and community. By instilling these values early, we help children unlock their full potential and grow into the very best versions of themselves.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is caring, nurturing and understands the importance of child wellbeing
  • Has experience in early years settings and working within a Continuous Provision approach
  • Can work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to school life
  • Brings energy, positivity and a commitment to making every moment meaningful for our children
