Early Years Practitioner job summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Early Years workers to inspire our wonderful pupils and contribute to our school community. Our 2-form entry school prides itself on nurturing both children and staff to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:
- Is a committed practitioner who wants to nurture our young learners.
- Can deliver and evaluate teaching and learning activities under the direction of the class teacher.
- Promote the inclusion of all children, supporting all children to access the curriculum.
- Ensuring children's personal care needs are met.
- Able to act as a key person for a group of children and families.
- Promotes positive behaviour across the school, following the policies carefully.
- Will participate in staff meetings and training as necessary.
- Understand the EYFS statutory requirements and ensure they are met.
- Be able to maintain the learning environment so that it reflects current learning.
- Is committed to safeguarding children.
- Supports the use of information and communication technology for teaching and learning
Our pupils are lovely, curious learners who respond well to teachers who are fair, consistent, and genuinely invested in their progress.
8.30-3.30pm (32.5 hours per week)
39 weeks per year
