NJC Pay Scale E1, starting at £24047.61 per annum (£27 711, full time equivalent)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
We are embarking on the most exciting journey, opening an all-through school providing exceptional early years, primary and secondary education for children aged 4 – 16 years. Our doors will be open to pupils for the first time in September 2022 and we will become the 'beating heart' of our community.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join the team and provide high quality care and education that meets the needs of Early Years children in a school setting. We are looking for someone who is positive, a team player and holds the interest of the school and children at the heart of everything they do.
Aim and main purpose of the job (including but not limited to)
Observe, monitor, evaluate and record all aspects of the children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum in order that every child will fulfil their potential.
Ensure appropriate standards of safety and security are maintained at all times to safeguard the welfare of the children in line with the Statutory Welfare Requirements.
Encourage parents to be partners in their child's development by working together and having a positive impact on the children's learning
Ensure appropriate standards of hygiene are met at all times in line with school policies and procedures
