What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an excellent Early Years Practitioner to join our team.

You must:

Hold a NNEB/CACHE Level 3/NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent

Have previous experience of working as an Early Years Practitioner

Evidence of anti – discriminatory practice

Some evidence of working with children with special needs

Evidence of working with children from 0-4


Have a good knowledge and understanding of:

Early Years Foundation Stage

Child Development

Learning through play

Safeguarding

Maintaining a safe environment


We are looking for someone with:

A good standard of written work

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to use computers

Ability to work part of a team

Flexibility and enthusiasm for the job
