We are seeking a nurturing, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where our youngest learners can grow in confidence, curiosity and independence.
Position Details:
35 hours per week 39 weeks per year – term time plus 5 inset days
08:00 – 16:00 with a 1-hour break for lunch

The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
Contribute to planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities.
Create a warm, caring environment that promotes children’s personal, social and emotional development.
Observe and record children’s progress to support next steps in learning.
Work in close partnership with teachers, support staff and families.
What we are looking for:
A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3 qualification )in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) or be willing to undertake the qualification.
Experience working with children in a nursery or school EYFS setting.
A caring, patient and positive approach.
Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers.
A commitment to inclusive education and a belief in the potential of every child.
