What skills and experience we're looking for

    • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
    • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and how to deliver high‑quality early learning experiences.
    • Experience supporting early phonics, early maths, and early literacy development.
    • Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities indoors and outdoors.
    • Skilled in observing, assessing and recording children’s learning to identify next steps.
    • Strong behaviour management and safeguarding knowledge.
    • Experience working collaboratively within an EYFS team and with parents/carers.
    • Confident, reflective practitioner with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
    • Ability to use technology to support learning and maintain accurate records.
    • Commitment to the school’s values and creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child.
