What skills and experience we're looking for
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and how to deliver high‑quality early learning experiences.
- Experience supporting early phonics, early maths, and early literacy development.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities indoors and outdoors.
- Skilled in observing, assessing and recording children’s learning to identify next steps.
- Strong behaviour management and safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience working collaboratively within an EYFS team and with parents/carers.
- Confident, reflective practitioner with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
- Ability to use technology to support learning and maintain accurate records.
- Commitment to the school’s values and creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child.
