To provide high quality education with care for children aged 2 years in partnership with their parents.

Job context

The key person role will involve planning enhancements for the learning environment, ensuring all children are engaged, excited, and making good progress. As a key person you will be responsible for maintaining the well-being of children in your group and liaising with the wider team, including parents, carers and other professionals, to ensure the children’s needs are being met.
The job holder may have responsibility for a particular curriculum area and other programmes within the provision.
