What skills and experience we're looking for
The Trust and the Headteacher of Our Lady & St Paul’s R.C. Primary School are looking to appoint an EY Specialist, temporary in the first instance, for our caring, supportive and forward-thinking school.
The successful candidate will:
be inspirational with a passion for learning
be a practising Catholic or someone who will support the Catholic ethos of the school
have a full understanding of EYFS and the varying starting point of children
be an experienced, excellent classroom practitioner who has a commitment to high standards of achievement for all
lead other staff within the EY setting and inspire them to develop their own practice.
have a willingness to contribute to the further development of the school
inspire and challenge pupils to achieve their potential
have a willingness to undertake lunchtime supervision
have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
be a good communicator with a positive outlook
