From September we wish to appoint an outstanding Nursery Teacher who is passionate about Early Years teaching and eager to make a difference. We can offer you the opportunity to work as part of a highly motivated team focused on raising standards and providing an exciting, challenging and enjoyable curriculum for our children.

The Early Years Teacher plays a crucial role in laying down the foundation for children’s future learning and development by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. The objective is to support the holistic development of each child, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable early educational experience.

Hartsbourne Primary School is a one-form entry primary school with nursery. We are part of the innovative Bushey St James Multi-Academy Trust and work closely with staff and young people across the Trust to support each other to improve outcomes for our extended community. The staff, Governors and children are all extremely friendly and support. The school offers a fantastic range of career development and is on an exciting journey towards excellence.

Heavily subsidised childcare is offered as a package with all posts within Bushey St James Trust (BSJT) at our Little Gems Nursery (situated at Little Reddings Primary School) for 6 months to 3 years old.
