What skills and experience we're looking for

UK-trained teacher with QTS (or completing QTS by September)

Deep knowledge of Early Years Curriculum and learning

Good or Outstanding graded classroom references

ECTs considered if showing exceptional drive and professional ethos

Deep passion for early childhood development and inclusive practice

Creativity, initiative, and a relentless commitment to progress

Experienced Nursery Teachers must evidence proven, measurable impact
