At Slade Primary School, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team. This exciting opportunity is suitable for both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin their teaching career in a nurturing and ambitious environment.
Key responsibilities
· Create a stimulating, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
· Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
· Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
· Assess, monitor, and celebrate children's progress, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential.
· Contribute to the wider life of the school and our commitment to excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to achieve QTS.
· Has a passion for Early Years education and child development.
· Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils.
· Is committed to raising achievement and supporting student progress
· Embraces continuous professional development and reflective practice
