The Affinity Federation comprises of Willenhall Community Primary School and Whitmore Park Primary School.

Willenhall Community Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Early Years' teacher who has high aspirations for all pupils in their care. This is a fixed term contract for one term with the possibility of extending for the right candidate.
The right candidate will be an outstanding teacher, with the knowledge, personal qualities and commitment needed to further improve outcomes for our children and ensure they are motivated, inspired and happy learners.

We are looking for someone who will
• Be an experienced practitioner who will help to promote high standards of behaviour and attainment.
• Be a dedicated practitioner, seeking to improve their own practice
• Have a clear understanding of the new EYFS curriculum and assessment
• Take an imaginative and creative approach to curriculum planning that captures the children’s interest
• Be forward thinking, innovative and highly energetic
• Have a passion for quality teaching and learning, enabling the best outcomes for our children.
• Be able to work well as part of our whole school team and school community
• Take part in the wider school life
• Enjoy working as a team and share and collaborate with colleagues
• Be flexible and adapt to the needs of the school and its pupils
• Able to contribute to the development of the learning environment both inside and outside
