The Wulfruna Partnership are seeking to appoint an experienced, passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join Fallings Park Primary School’s team.

We are seeking to appoint a committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to work with us. The successful applicant must hold a relevant Early Years Qualification at Level 3 or above. You will need to demonstrate a friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with young people. You will be supporting the learning of pupils, including those with EAL and SEND needs.

The successful candidate will:
Work closely with class teachers, support staff, and the school’s leadership team to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning across the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 and KS2)
Provide feedback to class teachers
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Level 3 or above Early Years Teaching assistant qualification.
Experience working in a primary school or early years setting.
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies.
Experience of supporting pupils with SEND/EAL needs across different year groups.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach.
