What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to work in our setting; some experience in working with children would be advantageous. We require someone who has a caring, patient and empathetic ethos. This is a good opportunity for a talented, practitioner to join our highly skilled, dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be:
- An inspiring and motivated practitioner who is eager to develop their skills further
- Passionate in their desire to work with children with disability
- Committed to an inclusive curriculum and have high expectations of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND)
- Nurturing and have a caring personality
- Be able to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous in ensuring any pupil in their care makes the required progress in order to reach their true potential
