What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate who will value all children, be extremely patient, understanding and have a positive and motivating approach. You will need to be flexible and happy to work in a team and show initiative and independence. A sense of humour and the ability to work with others sensitively are both essential.

What the school offers its staff

We are looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to work across the age ranges within a classroom setting, and to meet specific duties in respect of children who may need additional support. The successful applicant will have experience of working with children in an early years setting, the ability to relate well to children and adults, and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
