CLASS TEACHER

The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Class Teacher, who is passionate about teaching and learning, inspirational in the classroom, and can offer skills that complement those in our existing team.
James Watt Primary School is located in the heart of Handsworth. We have high aspirations and expectations for our pupils, staff and parents. As a class teacher in our school, you will have high expectations of yourself and your children. We are looking for a team player and that special someone who subscribes to our ethos and demonstrates our school values
. You will need:
An excellent understanding of how children learn best in a happy and secure setting
The ability to form excellent relationships with parents, carers, staff and stakeholders
Knowledge and understanding of what makes an outstanding learning environment
Have a passion for excellence and share our vision
Are highly motivated and enthusiastic
Able to contribute to and work collaboratively as part of a team
