Holy Cross Catholic MAC are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious primary Early Careers Teacher to work within one of our 5 primary schools. The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring the best opportunities and outcomes for all our young people.

Class Teachers are responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision for all children in their class, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. As an ECT at Holy Cross Catholic MAC you will be provided with exceptional professional development, so that you can be supported in this very exciting phase of your teaching career. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders at our schools who will mentor and support you with your individualised support plan to enable you to be the best teacher you can be. In addition, our MAC fully supports the development of ECTs and therefore offers lots of opportunities for you to collaborate with other colleagues from across our family of schools.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a motivated individual who wants to achieve the very best for the children in our care and be relentless in the pursuit of excellence

Have excellent inter-personal skills

Have experience as an effective and good classroom teacher

Have excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour

Have good organisational skills

Possess creativity which drives all aspects of teaching and learning
