WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:
· Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong commitment to high quality teaching and learning
· Has a genuine passion for developing new teachers and supporting colleagues at the start of their careers
· Demonstrates strong mentoring, coaching and Interpersonal skills
· Can Inspire, support and challenge trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers to become confident and reflective practitioners
· Is highly organised and able to coordinate programmes, manage documentation, and meet statutory deadlines
· Builds a positive relationship with ITT providers, mentors and school leaders
· Is reflective, proactive and committed to continual professional development
· Is enthusiastic about contributing to the professional learning culture of the school
· Shares the school’s commitment to high expectations, Inclusions and Improving outcomes for all students
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:
· To lead and coordinate the school's Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Teach Induction programme, ensuring high-quality training, mentoring and professional development for trainee and early career teachers.
· This post holder will also teach a subject within their specialism, contributing to high standards of teaching, learning and student progress.
