What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for inspiring, energetic teachers to work in all our schools from September 2025. Early Careers Teachers, with the right skills and experience will be appointed at the equivalent of M2 (£40,609) on the main pay range. In addition, ECTs are offered the opportunity to start at their schools at the end of the summer term and receive payment for the school holidays.
We wish to appoint ECTs who:

Have the potential to develop others effectively and work as part of a team
Have creative ideas with the ability to translate them into inclusive practice
