Ridgeway Academy is a member of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary. Alban Academies Trust provides an enhanced induction programme for all of their Early Career Teachers (ECTs) during July which attracts an attendance payment in July and August.
