Education Support Workers (Secondary Unit) job summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Support Worker to join our Secondary Unit at The Helix Education Centre – a dynamic and inclusive Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 5–16 who may face challenges in mainstream education, helping them to re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.

As part of a supportive and experienced team, you will work closely with pupils, staff, and families to provide tailored academic and emotional support. You’ll play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, personal development, and social skills in line with the school’s values.

This full-time, term-time only role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of young learners.
