- Grade F - £34,488 Pro rata (Actually take home salary £25,278.96)
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and well-motivated Education Welfare & AttendanceOfficer a to join our school.
Applicants must have experience of and be committed to:
- Ensuring the welfare and well being of our pupils is always paramount
- Promoting and maintaining excellent school attendance and punctuality and to using management information systems
- Multi-disciplinary working
- Safeguarding procedures and practices including child protection work
- Working with families to support vulnerable children
You will:
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to use your initiative
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Value all children equally and share our inclusive ethos
- Have Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
