Education Welfare Officer job summary
Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate that they:
The successful candidate will have experience of working with students and their families over the whole age and ability range in the encouragement of high levels of attendance at school.
Are experienced Education Welfare Officers who meet the criteria as set out in the Person Specification and have relevant experience.
Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to strive for the best in achieving attendance amongst all students.
Have a good understanding of the support needed to meet the differing needs of students
Have a positive attitude and can actively contribute to the development of a dedicated and professional staff team.
Are self-motivated and show initiative.
Share the schools aims and Christian values.
Have ambition and the drive to develop their skills and support the Senior Leadership Team.
