- Society Accredited Doctorate in Educational Psychology
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council
- Committed to delivering high-quality support, being both proactive and reactive to issues and situations.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of providing high quality guidance.
- Experience of working with and supporting young people, colleagues and families.

About the role
- As an educational psychologist you will work collaboratively with scholars and families from Reception to 18 years old. You will be supporting children with a range of cognitive, social, emotional and mental health needs.
- You will assess a scholar's individual needs and implement provision that meets the identified need. You will support small groups of scholars with similar needs.
- You will use a variety of techniques which will include observations, assessments of learning and different assessment methods to elicit the voice of the scholars. Consultation and collaboration with families, teachers and social workers are important ways in which you will gather information.
- You will support the academy and families to develop a range of appropriate interventions and strategies. These may include learning programmes, strategies to support emotional regulation and collaborative work with staff and families.
