Educational Support Assistant job summary

Willow Bank Infant school are looking to welcome a positive and friendly Educational Support Assistant to the team for a fixed term contract until August 2026.

The Educational Support Assistant will work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils, promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion and give support to pupils,(including those with EHCP’s) individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement .
